Full Face Rejuvenation
Over the last few years, we worked closely with this patient to develop a bespoke treatment plan focused on restoring confidence and achieving natural, harmonious rejuvenation. Through the strategic use of neurotoxin treatments to the upper face to glabella, frontalis and orbicularis oculi and lower face to the mentalis and DAO. Volume restoration with dermal filler across the temples, mid-face, under-eye area, lower face and lips, alongside regenerative polynucleotide treatments and a personalised Obagi medical-grade skincare programme, we addressed both facial structure and skin health. The result is a refreshed, balanced appearance that has evolved gradually over time, refining harmony while restoring confidence at every stage.

For this patient, our goal was to improve the profile while maintaining natural facial harmony. Using advanced needle micro-droplet placement techniques, we carefully addressed the downward slope of the nose, enhanced tip projection and support, and softened the appearance of the dorsal hump. By strategically refining the nasal contours, we were able to create a smoother profile and more balanced proportions from every angle. Tear Trough
This patient felt that darkness and hollowing beneath the eyes made her look tired and also felt that her facial proportions lacked balance. Following a comprehensive assessment, we created a tailored treatment plan focused on rejuvenating the eye area and enhancing overall facial harmony. Neurotoxin treatments were used to soften the glabella and crow’s feet, helping to brighten and open the eye area, while tear trough rejuvenation was carefully performed over two treatment sessions to restore support and reduce the appearance of hollowing. To further enhance facial balance, masseter treatment was incorporated to create a softer, more refined lower face. The result is a fresher, brighter appearance with improved facial proportions and a naturally well-rested look.

Forehead Refinement
This patient was concerned by the loss of the forehead’s natural smooth convexity, a central indentation, prominent glabellar tension, and the presence of static forehead lines that contributed to a more tired and aged appearance. Our treatment approach combined two sessions of RHA 1 dermal filler with carefully tailored neurotoxin treatment to address both volume loss and muscle activity. By restoring subtle structural support to the forehead, we were able to recreate a smoother, more harmonious contour while softening the central hollowing. Neurotoxin treatment reduced the strength of the glabellar complex and dynamic forehead movement, helping to minimise existing lines and prevent further crease formation. The result is a refined, balanced forehead with improved smoothness, softer expression lines, and a naturally refreshed appearance that maintains full facial harmony.
